What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice which involves the channeling and administering of universal life force energy. The word Reiki literally translates to mean “spiritually guided life energy.” Universal life force energy is the living energy that runs within and all around every living being. This healing technique treats a person through the laying of hands directly on a person’s body, or closely hovering above. When our life force energy becomes depleted or stagnant, then we are more likely to experience physical ailments and disease, as well as emotional and spiritual blockages. Reiki helps a person to clear those blockages through renewed life force energy and chakra realignment.
